Coverage for condominium unit owners:

• Unit Contingent – 2.5 times your contents limit (protects your share of the condominium unit that you occupy)
• Loss Assessment – 2.5 times your contents limit (protects your share of any special assessment made by the condominium corporation)
• Insurance for Improvements & Betterments made to your unit – 25% of the contents limit
• Additional Living Expense – 50% of the contents limit
• A minimum of $1,000,000 worldwide personal liability coverage, with higher limits available
