I am very pleased with my new homeowner's policy; Ms Jones modified it to meet my requirements, provided me with detailed explanations when I queried some aspects of the policy and went out of her way to accomodate my requests and provide a comprehensive policy at a fair price.  Ms Jones as demonstrated to me her extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Canadian home insurance industry and its standards as well as a thorough knowledge of Canadian Building Codes and their importance as they apply to home safety and insurance.
